public class RangeException
extends EnsemblRuntimeException

Range Exception has been changed to a Runtime Exception so that we don't have to check for it. Whether this si good practice remains to be seen by usage. BioJava seem to use jvm or extended runtime exceptions (e.g. indexoutofbounds for sequences).
